WAIT UPON THE LORD

For us to say that we trust the Lord, means that we trust Him fully with our lives. This involves looking to Him as our source of help and grace in time of need. Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD. Psalms 27:14 Those who wait upon the Lord are promised:

(1)  THE STRENGTH OF GOD TO REVIVE THEM

We may be in the middle of the most grueling, stressful, servere, harsh, exhausting time of despair and suffering that we have ever experienced. But in the middle of this we promised His strength to bring us through. But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength;  Isaiah 40:31a

(2)  THE ABILITY TO RISE ABOVE OUE DIFFICULTIES

We are given an assurance that we will be able to rise above our difficulties much like the Eagle soars into the sky. They shall mount up with wings as eagles Isaiah 40:31

(3)  THE ABILITY TO TO RUN SPIRIRUALLY WITHOUT TIRING

We (through the Holy Spirit) will be able to move steadily forward without fainting at God’s delays in our lives. God promises us that if we trust Him, He will provide whatever is needed to sustain us constantly. They shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. Isaiah 40:31  Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. 1 Peter 1:5
