BE GLAD AND REJOICE

BE GLAD AND REJOICE
Sing, O daughter of Zion; shout, O Israel; be glad and rejoice with all the heart, O daughter of Jerusalem. Zeph 3:14
God’s people have every right to rejoice over their salvation.Joy in an individual’s heart is not a natural response. Joy is a supernatural response resulting from God’s redemptive activity in our lives. Joy comes to us because:
(1) WE ARE FORGIVEN
It is a wonderful thing to know that we are forgiven and that we are no longer punished for our sins. The LORD hath taken away thy judgments, he hath cast out thine enemy: the king of Israel, even the LORD, is in the midst of thee: thou shalt not see evil any more. Zeph 3:15
(2) OUR ENEMY IS DEFEATED
You and I have been set free from the bondage of Satan and sin. The LORD hath taken away thy judgments, he hath cast out thine enemy: the king of Israel, even the LORD, is in the midst of thee: thou shalt not see evil any more. Zeph 3:15
(3) GOD IS WITH US
God is with us and He has given us His fellowship, and grace, and help throughout our lives. So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me. Heb 13:6
(4) WE ARE OBJECTS OF GOD’S LOVE
We have become objects of God’s great love and delight. The LORD thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing. Zeph 3:17
These conditions for joy exist now for those who have a full knowledge of what God has done for us in and through His Son Jesus Christ. That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: Eph 1:17 Our joy will rereach it’s pinnacle in the day when God Manifests His Full Glory and Majesty on the earth.
